Can I just turn this to a rant blog?
Yes? Yes.
Yes.
So.
I wanna talk to him.
I like chatting with him.
Kahit sa Facebook lang.
I think he might be one of the major reasons I go online on FB.
Pero... I don't want to appear too... I don't know...
Talkative?
Clingy?
I don't know why I think like this.
I just really really want to talk...
But I want him to talk to me first.
It's a stupid thing to want...but yeah.
That's what I want.
I feel so annoying.
Please talk to me already.
I wanna talk.
Just talk.
I hardly see you in school.
I miss you.
If we can't keep in touch...
Let's keep in words.
Please?
I hope you read this someday.
I wanna talk to you so bad.
My Mr. Muscle.
My sweetest downfall.

Weekend wars
Greetings of peace!!
My family and I went to the mall today!
We watched The Amazing Spiderman. And it's nothing short of amazing. Marc Webb delivered.I love Andrew Garfield! He is so adorable. He and Emma Stone had great chemistry.I can't wait for the next franchise. Haha.
Almost every store and brand were on sale! Shops were offering up to 70% discounts and some where offering half the price on all their items. Every brand is trying to lure the shoppers in. Trying to make it look like they've got the best offer. Retail therapy (a.k.a. shopping?) at its best (not really). Haha. Though, I don't really believe in those kind of treatment to whatever problem you have right now.
It seems like a very tiring way to feel better, but it's nice buying new things for yourself.
A lot of families where shopping too. We even saw the rumored celebrity couple, Rhian Ramos and KC Montero! People can't get enough of them. :))
During our last meeting in Business Math, we actually discussed about the different types of discounts and how to solve for the invoice price of a discounted item. It will be very useful when you're out shopping. It will help you know which store gives the better offer when it comes to the discounts they are giving.
What a timely lesson that was! I learned that you have to think hard about the discount they are giving you. If you're really going to save more, or if it's just a marketing trick. Some stores are offering consecutive discounts making you think they have a better offer, but oftentimes, the one without a consecutive discount is better. So think hard before buying something, there might be someone out their who has a better offer.
I hope you learned a lot from this post.
Thank you for reading!
I'll be leaving you with this quotation by Will Rogers:
Too many people spend money they haven't earned, to buy things they don't want, to impress people they don't like.

Can you recommend any good banks?
Who here know what depreciation is?
Right. I didn't know what it is until Sir Cris Paner taught us about it.
I've always thought of it as the opposite of appreciation.
Which may be true.
I still have to study about it.
Haha
Okay, so Sir Paner said that this blogs isn't a requirement any more for our Business Math class.
But we can get an incentive if we continue blogging.
So I plan to continue blogging.
I think it's developing a part of my brain...
Oh yeah, in General Psychology, we've been discussing about the parts of the nervous system.
Haha.
I'm learning so much!
I'm so grateful I am enrolled in an educational institution.
I love learning.
Ang sarap maging estudyante!
That's all for now,
Izza
P.S. about the title...
Kasi I'm planning to save all my love for you.
Oha.

It's time to reconcile.
About the title...
Well, I believe that every moment is a chance to reconcile. To start over.
Move from the past, to the present.
Haha.
I'm babbling over here. The title is actually about bank reconciliation.
Bank reconciliation is the process of bringing the bank's monthly report for each depositor, showing deposits made, check written, etc.
Kind of like confessing your sins to the priest, no?
Back to the topic...
Reconciliation statement is putting an agreement that bank statement and checkbook balance.
Again, it's super easy!
You just have to know what to add or subtract from the current balance...
If a deposit was made...you add it to the current balance.
If there's a deposit in transit, you add it the current balance.
If a check was written, you subtract it the current balance.
If there's an outstanding check, you subtract it the current balance.
Simple arithmetic for us to keep track of our bank!
Hope you learned something!
Thank you for reading.
'Til my next post!

It's business time.
It's that time of the week...for another Business Math Adventure!
Tomorrow will be our third meeting for the semester and I'm quite curious as to what new things Sir Paner will teach us.
In my last post, I told you all about the profit and loss (it was the topic for our first lesson).
This post aims to inform so here it goes:
Profit is the amount by which the sales are greater than the cost of goods sold and the operating expenses. Margin also means gain or profit.
Gross sales is the actual amount received for selling the goods.
Net sales is obtained when refunds are being deduced from the gross sales.
Refunds is the amount returned usually if goods are defective
Costs of goods sold is the amount paid for articles bought including the buying expenses
Operating expenses a.k.a overhead is the selling expenses such as salaries or wages, traveling expenses.
The Paint Doctor taught us the formula on how to compute for net sales, gross profit, and the net profit.
The formula goes like this:
Gross sales
less
Sales returns and allowances
will give you the Net sales!
Now, net sales
less
Costs of good sold
will give you the Gross profit!
Lastly, gross profit
less
Operating expenses
will give you the Net profit!
It's super easy!
That will be all, for now. I don't want to bombard you with too much information.
Thank you for reading.
'Til my next post!
Izza
